Poodle, Standard Question

poodle skinny for size

I have a 2 year old Standard poodle, he is 47lb to me he seems too slim, eats very little, I will like to see him gaining some weight, what do you recommend?

Some poodles are thin, naturally. If you have not taken him to the vet to rule out internal parasites or other health problems, that would be the first step. If everything looks good, you can take a look at his diet. I find that poodles, and all dogs, do well on a raw diet. I personally feed K9 Natural and raw, meaty bones. I hope this helps.
