I have heard that it does sometimes. I heard that from someone that had been around poodles for 35 years.

I'm not sure, but my aunt has an adorable black mini Poodle, and she's very sweet.

No my cousins poodle is very protective. If I run up to her she chases and bites me - this happens when you make too much noise.

I think it all depends on how they are raised, and who they have been around and what they are exposed to. For instance, my poodle was never exposed to other dogs, and she gets well kinda viscious, although she has gotten better. But she loves EVERYONE. She will bark when someone is at the door, but once they come in she wags her tail, and tries as hard as she can to get a pet from them. Thank goodness most everyone I encounter are dog people.
