I have a Pomeranian I recused about 3 years ago. He is a male, believed to be around 9 years old. He had a tag with a code on it from a vet, and they told me he got his puppy shots when he was 1yr old. His age is an estimate since i do not have papers for him. I believe he is younger because hes still very playful. Although he has had about 3 seizures since i have had him. Could i breed him? Or no since i do not have papers stating hes full pomeranian

You can get your Pomeranian registered and breed him, but I do not recommend it. To get him registered is fine, but not breeding. You do not want to breed ANY dog that has medical problems because then you are passing them on to the puppies, that is not right for the the puppies or the puppies new parents.
