Sounds like your Pomeranian has made your bedroom his territory. I would take his bed out of your room and place a baby gate at the door. This way he can see and smell you but he can't get in. At three years old this will take a couple of months for him to get used to but you need to be consistent. Once he is used to bring outside your room remove the baby gate and only let him in when he doesn't bark. Oping he starts barking again have him leave the room. He will eventually realize that he cannot bark if he wants to no in your room.
