When can a pomeranian under one year old breed if it can and when is the best time for her to be in heat?

Never breed a female under a year old & you can certainly not control when she comes into heat, as a rule skip her first heat and then you can safely breed her on the second heat as long as she has passed her first birthday. My girls wait until they are around 18 months. Their little bodies are still maturing. Females come into heat on average every 6 months, but each girl is different. Some girls come into season every four months all the way to 7-8 months. There are shots to bring them into season. In my opinion, they are not beneficial for the health of your girl or her babies.
