Pomeranians need a daily walk, don't treat it like a little dog, just treat it like a normal dog. They can live up to 15 years. Brush it's coat often. They are sweet companions and pets. Be aware of their health problems of dislocated kneecaps and heart problems. Make sure to display proper leadership and everything will be okay.

They may not do well with children, more likely not unless raised with them...They can become aggressive if not handled with authority but if they are raised right, they are delightful pets and as loving a companion as you could want. They typically live around 15 years and have problems with joints and teeth. They shed quite a lot and require regular brushing. They are easily trained and eager to please...
