You should take your papillon to the vet to see if they can give him something that will trigger him to eat. My papillons start off on mama's milk and then I smash up "Chicken Soup for the Puppy lovers soul" canned food and make it really mushy...then after awhile they eat it right from the can... this can give you stinky poops but it's better they are eating right? :) I also give them some Nutri-cal puppy suppliment if they seem weak but as I said this time would be time for the vet visit if not sooner if he isn't eating... My papillons then start eating Taste of the wild dry puppy food...I do add water if they are still younger to mush it up but I think at 13 weeks of age he should be able to eat the kibble...
