Olde english bulldogge's usually do great in cold as long as they have been acclimated to the temps . If it is an outside dog it will acclimate as temps change, make sure he has adequate shelter and warm bedding if kept outside in winter.
For a house dog that is used to being warm and toasty, then I dont suggest long periods out in the cold. But they would be perfectly fine going out to go potty and play and for walks in cold weather.
