We are thinking of getting an Olde English Bulldogge but we are a bit worried as we have a small maltese x silky puppy and we dont know how he/she will react to her. Does anyone know how the dog will react to her if we get him/her?

I have a LabX and an OE Bulldogge. She is 1-1/2 and just brought a Chihuahua pup into the house. All is good. I have not EVER had a problem with my girl being aggressive towards dogs or kids. They are big wannabe lapdogs. Your Maltese should be fine. Introduce them outside and bring them into the yard/house together. You definatly need to be the pack leader with any bully breed, they are sweet but stubborn.

I just adopted a 2yr old female Olde English Bulldogge. She came into our house (3 other dogs and 5 cats) and has been very gentle and playful with the other dogs; two of which are under 15 lbs. Shouldn't be a problem. I haven't even seen a hint of a problem at the food dish.
