my neighbors have 2 cats which come in our garden and have a bulldog/pug which doesnt come in...

my neighbors have 2 cats which come in our garden and have a bulldog/pug which doesnt come in our garden. would a norwich terrier be okay with this?

Yes the Norwich Terrier would be OK with this as long as you introduce him to the cats at a young age.
