I know of a Norfolk Terrier that makes a high pitched howling noise similar to having a fit. What would cause this to happen mainly in the evenings?

Maybe your Norfolk Terrier is trying to tell you something thats important maybe because he need to use the restrom or something

Is it like "yodeling"? Our Norfolk Terrier does this and I think its so cute. She does it when she's feeling something intensely I think. Like when we all come out in the morning and she's happy to see us, or when she's anticipating something, like going for a walk.
