NORMALY IS 24 TO 48 HOURS, ITS RARE FOR MASTINOS TO HAVE ONLY ONE PUP. UNLESS YOU HAVE DONE AN ULTRA SOUND, YOUR DOG MIGHT GIVE BIRTH TO SERVERAL UP TO 14 PUPS.
