Miniature and standard bull terriers should have BAER tests for hearing, UPC and PKD tests/scans for kidney, and an echocardiogram for the heart. Pups should have the BAER test, the other tests are performed on the parents. Ask your breeder to see the results of these tests, they are not included in most vet checks. Between that and possible pregnancy costs which can include a c-section, breeding these guys is expensive. The medical tests are what cost money, if your breeder doesn't have those, don't pay that much.
