the ideal maltese is all white with black points, those black points would be the nose, eyes, and bottom of their feet. it is not normal for a maltese to have different colored eyes. your dog could or could not be a pure bread because it has a recessive gene. to truly know if your dog is a pure breed maltese you would probably have to have dna testing done on your dog.
