When it says the coat is corded it really means that instead of fur the Komondor dogs have giant white dreadlocks! The coats don't always have to be kept in cords. Instead you can clip them down to shorter cords so you don't have to separate the cords every day. They are born without cords but the cords develop when the dog is around 2 years old.
