About 7 to 10 years but it really just depends how you take care of the great dane.

The average lifespan of a Dane is 7 to 10 years, with genetics carrying the most weight in determining age. A holistic nutritional diet, appropriate daily exercise, and overall proper care strengthen chances at longevity. Unfortunately, this is one of the breeds'negative points. Generally, the larger the breed, the shorter the lifespan.

The norm is between 7-10, with things like bloat and cancer sometimes shortening their lifespan(the breed is prone to both). There are dogs that live longer, I just lost my 13 year old dane to kidney failure, and her 7 year old daughter is still doing really well other than depression about Reba.
