this is a simple problem that can easily be resolved, especially with the great dane being a puppy. try teaching it the command "No Bite." or "Wrong." when you say "no bite" say it very firmly and gently close its mouth with your hands, as this mimics what its mother would do in correction to biting. don't be too hard, don't be too gentle. you need to be calm AND firm, especcialy for a big dog. she needs to know that she is NOT allowed to bite. hope this helps.
