Sure. My male German Shepherd is 98 lbs. I've seen males and females at 75ish. My male's parents had a litter after him and those puppies were super sized! One of the females is 75!

Yep, my 4 year old female GSD is 96 pounds! The vet assured me she carries it well, has a large frame. She has a huge breast bone!
