I have a Dogue De Bordeaux, he is male. I didn't get any training for him he tears up everything


How can I stop my Dogue De Bordeaux from being so aggressive jumping up on people

It's much easier to start training at an early age, for the dog. For a dog that size, you can still correct the dog every single time it does this. Tell the dog "No" firmly and once while 'biting' (using your fingers mimicing a biting dog) the dog's neck one, quickly, and with enough pressure to get the dog's attention (not harming it).
