Look for a dog food without Soy/Wheat/Corn products.. Blue Buffalo, Nurto Ultra, Presice are great.

dogues are individuals. some can thrive on sawdust, yet others given the best diet possible will fall apart. Solid Gold makes some of the best dog food in the world but is very expensive and it is always possible that dog food companies change the makeup of their food after it has become established and popular.

I feed my dogue a raw diet. Initially, I was apprehensive but this was due to not having done enough research. I changed his diet from commercial dog food to raw because @ 8 weeks old he always appeared "lethargic" (if you know what i mean). He never played with the kids or had the energy I thought he would have at his age. I noticed a dramatic change in his behaviour and appearance when i switched his diet. His bad breath went away, his coat became shinier and his energy levels picked up, his eyes became brighter and the gunk that came out of his eyes decreased. He's just so full of life. Im so glad I made the switch.

Raw and kibble mix is the best with DDB and that will keep them in perfect health .. keep them lean not fat.. let them be there DNA will bring them there size not you.. just grow them slow and healthy to protect there joint's and don't let them ever get fat and not a lot of long walk's befor a year .. general rule 5 minuted per month from 3 month's old..remember they will put on up to a pound a day at diffrent growth spurt's this first year so let them sleep and have there rest
