At 2 months, puppies aren't "aggressive". They are trying to spread out, and like a child, see what they can get away with.
Puppies will growl, bark, and nip each other to "train" to be an adult. Any dog can become aggressive as an adult if not socialized and trained properly. The Lab has just as equal chance as a Doberman. Don't assume because of it's breed. Dobermans are not inherently aggressive. They are PROTECTIVE of their families tho. It's extremely important to socialize Dobermans and train them.
As far as biting your hand, for the pup, it was there. You must teach him aggression toward you is NOT acceptable. Your hand, leg, fingers can be anywhere YOU choose. Start young and be CONSISTANT!
