well my little dachshund (Sophie) pee's every time she gets scared usually by trying to kick or hurt her. Or holding a broom or anything long and is able to hit her. She has had this defect ever since she had tramatic experience when she was a puppy.

My uncles dachshund got really exited once when we drove over to his house to visit him, so he peed, but just a bit.
