I have a double dilute collie that I rescued He is 9mo old and he is both deaf and blind-are theese conditions correctable thru surgery or otherwise ? He is very well behaved and loving and adjusts well to new things despite his handicaps.

when you say a double dilute I guess you mean both parents are blue merle, this is a inon desirable breeding because the merle in both parents will produce just what he has. no surgery will help sorry

They are not correctable. If you type blind and deaf dogs into your internet search engine you will find websites that will help you and your collie live happy and healthy.
