my shar-pei is 6 and a half ....but when we left her for 2 hours until we went shopping and came...


my shar-pei is 6 and a half ....but when we left her for 2 hours until we went shopping and came home and she had chewed all of our facing round about the door she has never done anything like this before ... im just worried incase theres something wrong with my wee dog ...

hi I have a sharpei Bruno who is 2 I have had the same problem every time I leave him he rips the door frames to bits. What did u so to try and prevent this

It can be separation anxiety. My shar-pei had it, I just kept leaving mine in the hallway and going out of the door returning after 5mins then tryed her in a room and left her in room and the time got further apart. Always treat her if she does good but tell her if she has been bad and it should get easier.
