I HAVE BEEN WATCHING A CHINESE CRESTED PUPPPY AT A LOCAL PET CENTER. I HAVE 2 ALREADY AND JUST GO TO VISIT WITH HIM BECAUSE HE'S SPENDING HIS LIFE IN THAT CAGE. HE IS HAIRLESS AND 4 MON OLD NOW. HIS SKIN LOOKED TERRIBLE AND I HAVE BEEN TELLING THEM THAT NO ONE WILL BUY HIM AT $799 WITH THAT SKIN. THEY CONSIDER IT A RASH. RED RAISED BUMPS. DON'T SEEM TO ITCH. THEY THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE THE SWEATER THEY HAD ON HIM. aNYHOW, AFTER TRYING VARIOUS THINGS THEY STARTED USING A FOAM THAT I THINK IS A TRIAL THING THAT THEY GOT FROM THE VET. IT HAS SEA SALT IN IT. I ASKED THE GIRL IF IT HAD STEROIDS IN IT BECAUSE HIS SKIN IS LOOKING BEAUTIFUL! SHE SAID NO, BUT IF YOU ARE INTERESTED AND HAVEN'T FOUND A CURE YET I WILL CHECK OUT THE LABEL MYSELF AND GET YOU MORE INFO. HELEN

Well, has your Chinese Crested been in the sun? Chinese crested's DO sunburn REALLY easily and that could be your problem! If he does not go in the sun, there could also be a number of other causes. Just make sure you protect their human like skin, just as you would protect your own!:)
