I have a 2 year old female cavalier king charles spaniel since she was 8 weeks old. We have bought from a good different breeder a female cavalier king charles spaniel at 8 weeks old. Currently our 2 yr old sleeps at the bottom of my parents bed, should we put the new puppy there as well, downstairs in a pen or in my room? also will two girls get along? what is the best way to introduce them together? Another question is our 2 yr old doesn't eat by herself her main food. We tried every technique including taking food off floor then back down later and every type of food. She ends up with gastro problems and needs a probiotic paste. We have to hand feed her main food pellets everyday. How do we get her to eat proper healthy food without her becoming ill.

Maybe you should have then get used to each other in a day. If they get along so they can bond let them sleep together for a while then to switch it up so you too could bond - have her sleep with you but if they dont get along ( witch they should maybe) have her sleep with you. The cavalier king charles spaniel breed of dog does not like to be alone for a long peroid of time :P I dont know the answer to the second question but you should go to a vet and ask questions and get her examined - hope it helps!
