The height ranges anywhere from 23 to 34 inches among working specimens, but most modern dogs are around 28 inches tall. Also, it is possible for Caucasian Mountain dog to gain weight up to 200 lbs, but that is owerweight eaven for the 34 inches. That is working breed and must be able to move. I would say 120-160 for female, 165 - 190 for male.
