I just inherited a 2yr old cane corso mastiff from a friend of mine, when I got him home my two dogs that are in the house attacked him, one of them is a rat terrier and the other is a boston terrier. Will they get used to each other? He also tried to attack one of my cats. My friend said that he did great with her other dogs, and cats, will he do the same with my cats?

How did your cane corso react when your 2 dogs attacked him? How is he reacting to them now? And did he try to attack your cat? Or did he see a new friend and want to play? Corso's can be very verbal dogs which can be mistaken as growling when it's really just a "hey let's play" talk. I have a handicapped cat (partially blind) who will smack at my Corso's if they approach her when it's not on her terms. I taught them to sit & leave it when it comes to her & everyone lives in harmony.

Individually take your smaller dog on a leash and have them meet your Cane Corso and have your terrier dog sit then on the down position and firmly tell him not to bark or attack your Cane Corso. Don't let the two dogs with your Cane Corso , have them meet one at a time supervised by two people. Make sure it is impossible for your terrier to attack your Corso just because the terrier is small it does not give him the right to be like that. Either your other dogs learn to be nice or keep them separated.
