Bouvier Des Flandres Question

I owned many Bouvier des flandress, in my life time,they say once you own a Bouvier, you would not want another breed. They are very loyal and sweet when trained proper. The Bouvier is not a dog for the the first time dog owner, and they are not a rare breed. You have to be very consistent with this breed. They need human companionship, end is not a dog you can just put in your back yard, like some evil people do, once trained correct, it is is the most loyal protector and best dog you will ever have, to me they are the best breed.

I also had a Bouvier Des Flandres, and I agree that once you've owned one that is the only breed you'll ever want again. Bozz was the absolute BEST dog I've ever had. He absolutely loved loved loved water. He'd go to car shows, air shows, sailing, dune buggy riding. He made our family complete. He was a fabulous protector, very well behaved, and loved to have fun. Just make sure you treat him like he should be treated. He lived a great life for 16 years, and there's not a question in my mind as to what kind of dog I'd like to have next. Best Breed in the World! My only question to you is you've had this dog for a couple of years & you don't know what breed he is. Hasn't he ever seen a vet?
