my boston pup is 10 months old and she is still so wild and wide open. She constantly wants to play and will not even consider laying beside you for a nap or even just to sit still. she is in a crate for most of the daytime during the week but even on weekends when she is out all day, she never gets tired of running around. When will she calm down?

Buddy, you must have the brother of my boston terrier. He has never sat down next to me when I'm at home. Wants to play the whole time. I give him chew toys, but that doesnt last long. I hope he slows down soon. Good luck.

Mine used to be like that but I got a job at a doggies daycare and I neutered him now he is a lazy bum...he runs and plays all day and crashes when he gets in the car for the ride home, so maybe try daycare

She probably needs more walks, mental stimluation (like training), and more time out of her crate if possible. I might run around in all my free time if I was cooped up in a cage all day long too. I say this because My 3.5 month old Boston Terrier is already well-behaved and loves to cuddle with us whenever we are just hanging out. He gets a 2 mile walk 5 days a week and is only put into his crate when its bedtime or we are leaving for a few hours at a time. He is already doing great with training and playing fetch.
