yes. I had a boxer once and he and the cat would sleep with each other. bloodhounds are alot calmer dogs than a boxer so i would think it would be fine

Cats smell very similar to raccoons, so keep in mind that a Bloodhound is a hunting dog. I have Redbone's and they have been raised with cats. As they get older though, they tend to get pretty rough.

I know my answer is a little late, but we raise bloodhounds, and I also have 4 cats, and they are always home alone together, and they love each other.
