Hi, I have a beagle which is 9 weeks old. Its so gorgeous and cute! I just got it a couple of days ago and when I see her she bites me and she bites my clothes and sometimes doesn't want to let it go. How do I stop her from biting me and destroying my clothes? Also is it normal for her to have diarrhea for a couple of days?

you could feed your beagle more often or buy her an old rag to chew and play with.

Train your beagle to listen to you - you might need to yell at points and to also get it to listen is dog treats:)

A very light swat or shove will show her not to do something as serious as biting. She won't be hurt and she will stop as she is eager to please you.

No, do not swat your beagle. All that does is condition it toward other unwanted behavior regarding your hands. Your puppy is teething, and is also full of energy. You should always have an outlet for that.. like a Kong or a rawhide bone, etc. You can verbally (audibly) discourage biting and teething on a person. But don't use swats or any threatening movements with your hands as part of the conditioning.
