Beagles are hounds and have a hound type coat, they can tolerate reasonable cold and reasonable heat. If you are cold your Beagles are likely getting cold as well. My beagles are inside/outside dogs and run in the snow quit happily, but do not get left out in the cold at night. The biggest concern is over-heating. Beagles are hounds and have a kind of a double coat, once they start over-heating it is more difficult to cool them off. They will need rest and lots of water. Drinking water is how they cool themselves off.
