Yes beagles are the kind of an outside dog. They could stand the heat too and you could leave them outside if you want:)

Be Careful not to leave beagles out in very cold such as below 50 - they dont have thick fur and also you need to let your dog be near you - dogs are pack animals and dont like to be alone

Beagles are hounds and have a hound type coat, they can tolerate reasonable cold and reasonable heat. If you are cold your Beagles are likely getting cold as well. My beagles are inside/outside dogs and run in the snow quit happily, but do not get left out in the cold at night. The biggest concern is over-heating. Beagles are hounds and have a kind of a double coat, once they start over-heating it is more difficult to cool them off. They will need rest and lots of water. Drinking water is how they cool themselves off.
