I adopted a Basenji Mix from the SPCA, and it's getting cold where I live. Does this little pup need a sweater in or outside?

Depends on where you live and the dog. Some find it cold from 10 degrees Celsius, while others can tough it out longer as some grow a partial winter coat. A happy basenji is a warm basenji. Mine would wear a coat in the spring.
