The Dogo is a very smart dog they do love to learn and is very curious. When it comes to protection I found They are similar to the German Shepard protecting the whole family and children the best .Dogo's are scent hounds so they can track large game that may run in circles to try to throw of a scent and from along distance. They great hunters and they do have a high prey drive so you want to call them off a catch soon .because they will destroy their prey.
