My American Pit Bull Terrier is eating grass - is this normal?

Yes it is, when they have an upset stomach or the food your feeding them is perhaps high in a certain ingred. which triggers this, they will eat good green grass to make up the difference of ingred. missing or to aid that which has caused them the up-set stomach, God Bless...

I owned a completely happy and healthy dog once who sometimes ate grass simply because it tasted good. He grazed like a cow, but he never got sick a day in his life.

My Pitt Bull has been eating grass since she first set her paws on it. She loves certain types of grass so much that we refer to, and she understands it as - her salad. She has never been sick before or after eating it. Shes soon to be 5 years old.

yes it actually helps them clean their digestive system
