I have a 9 mnth old ABD and she barely weighs 40 lbs. Is this normal or should I be concerned...


I have a 9 mnth old ABD and she barely weighs 40 lbs. Is this normal or should I be concerned that she isnt growing properly? She eats a ton and has had all her shots and is a very happy puppy. I have another almost 2 yr old ABD and he is around 95 lbs but i remember him growing a lot more during his 1st year. I just feel like she has been stuck at this size for a while and isnt growing. Is there something im not doing?

take her to the vet to see if she has worms

I too have a tiny ABD...11 month old female, about 45 pounds...her vet says she is just small...she was severely malnourished as a pup, and her hind legs are quite bowed as a result...I'm wondering if that may have affected her size as well??
