How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling subscriptions only applies to advertisers with a monthly billing cycle. Within your account, near the top, you will see “Account Type – Monthly Plan”. Under this you will see “Cancel,” Click this to cancel your subscription.
I canceled my ad, why am I still being billed?
Subscriptions and ads are different; if you are being billed $19.95 you must cancel your subscription. Subscriptions allow your contact information to be seen by all users. If you do not have a subscription and a user comes to view your ads, they will be prompted to create and upgrade an account in order to see your contact information. Subscriptions do not cover ads. When you no longer have ads for sale and no longer need the subscription, you must sign into your account and click on “Cancel my Subscription”. Refunds will not be granted.
