How do I update my billing information?
To update your address, phone and/or name, within your account, under “My Account”, select “My Profile & Preferences”. If you are already ID Verified, you will have to remove ID Verify, make your changes and then become ID Verified again. You will be charged another $5.00.
*You will need to update your ads as well with this new information as our system will not automatically apply the new changes to your ads.
To change your credit card information, within your account, under “Billing” select “Manage Credit Cards”. You can edit your existing card and/or add a new credit card here. If you wish to change the credit used for your monthly subscription, please contact customer service.
Why do I have to remove ID Verify to update my personal information?
When you became ID Verified, we verified your identity from that information. When you became ID Verified, we verified your identity from that information. If you choose to change said information, we must verify that information before we can attach ID Verified status to your account.
How do I change my login ID?
You cannot change your Login Id on NextDayPets.com
I have forgotten my password, how do I retrieve it?
Navigate to the Login page. From here, you can select the link “Forgot your Password?” Our system will give you instructions on what to do from this point.
How can I change my password?
Within your account, under “My Account”, select “My Profile & Preferences”. From there, under “Account Information”, select the link “Change Password”. Make your change.
