N/A Teaching your dog to sit, lie down, and stay is vital to the training of your new puppy. There are several accepted methods of house training your new German Coolie puppy. However, if you’re looking for not just a housebreaking method, but are also interested in adapting your dog to a safe and confined environment for various safety and comfort reasons, crate training is for you.

Are German Coolie's hard to find?

Hi how nice to see Koolies getting the recognition they justly deserve. Are German Koolies hard to find. NO. the are many breeders, like myself, who treasure this animal and even after decades away from the breed, here I am, back to Koolies. If I may clarify something here please. The 'German' tag is a misnomer, they are NOT FROM GERMANY. It's just that early immigant farmers, and many were German, simply favoured this dog. I can fill you in on more of this info and how the bane came to be I you are interested. I do not call my Koolies 'German Koolies', they are 'Koolies'
